Alex Sills, the beautiful and courageous son of Richard and Debbie Sills and big brother to Georgia, tragically died in a motorcycle accident earlier this week. Alex’s love of the Roaring Fork Valley and all those in it led him to make this his home. While his life on this earth was way too short he will be forever in our hearts and memories. Read more >

As per state statute and Garfield County regulations, noxious weeds must be controlled regularly at River Valley Ranch. While RVRMA is responsible for weed control in rights-of-way, parks, and open spaces, individuals are responsible for weed control on their private property.  Read more >

Please remember, there is no pedestrian access on RVR Golf Course cart paths, bridges or greens! Joggers, dog walkers, people cutting across the fairway, and bikes on bridges and pathways have been spotted on the course. The golf course is closed to all non-golfers from sunrise to sunset and bikes are not allowed on bridges or pathways at any time. As many of you know, The Carbondale Board of Trustees selected Mountain Waste & Recycling Inc. as the single waste hauler for the Town of Carbondale.

This change will not impact RVRMA for another year (when our contract ends with Mountain Waste on Mar. 31, 2020).  Read more >
