1. Guest admission is $15 for adults and $10 for children under age 14. Children 2 and under are admitted free. 
2. The board has allowed twenty individual passes per lot/unit for the calendar year. The passes are distributed by the front desk.
3. The Board of Directors has the authority to sequestrate guest passes from a lot/unit owner should direction be given for such action through a majority vote of the board.
4. All guests will be accompanied by a member unless the guest is traveling from outside the four county area, wereas the member will accompany the guest on their first visit. Guests must be staying with the member to be qualified as guests.
5. Members are responsible for the actions of their guests and must be ready take responsibility for any damages guests may cause to the facility or to other members and their guests. Charges for damages may be placed on the member's account at the Ranch House Director's discretion. Appeals may be made to the Board of Directors.
