	Ian Hause Community Manager Manages all aspects of the association and operates at the direction of the board. Oversees the association staff. Ian Hause received his BA in Political Science and History (Pre-law) from Colorado State University and two Associates Degrees from Colorado Mountain College. Ian has been in the real estate development and management industry for the past 25 years. Locally, Ian served as the Community Manager and Director of Development for the Aspen Glen, Coryell Ranch and Midland Point communities. During his career Ian has worked for The Anschutz Corp., The Club Corporation of America, The Melrose Company, Centex Destination Properties and The Cordillera Group and most recently held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Clearwater Development Inc. Ian has formed and managed several homeowners associations throughout his career. Ian is a lifelong Carbondale resident and currently resides with his significant other at The Ranch at Roaring Fork. Ian is avid skier and fly fisherman.
	Suzie Pouliot Matthews Controller Manages the Ranch House account. Handles updates of member credit card information. Suzie Pouliot Matthews received a BS degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Lake Superior State College. She has worked in the Accounting and Management fields since graduating. A Michigan native, Suzie moved to Colorado in 1995. Before joining the RVR team, Suzie served as the General Manager for Iron Rose Ranch LLC for 15 years. Suzie has been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and is currently working on her American Council on Exercise Certification. Suzie currently rents a home in RVR and really loves being a resident here. She enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, backpacking, horseback riding and has a great love for the outdoors and animals.
	Erin Mattice Member Services Handles Member Services, Administration and Front Desk. Erin Mattice moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2010. She brings a strong variety of guest service experience to her Member Services role.  Erin honed her guest service skills while working closely with community members and home owners at Beaver Creek. Erin's experience with families, recreation activities, special events and home owner associations was mostly garnered as assistant Director of Beaver Creek's children's summer day camp and as a supervisor and ski instructor in the Vail, Beaver Creek and most recently, the Aspen/ Snowmass ski schools.  Erin received two of Beaver Creek's highest honors for guest service in 2010. Erin, her husband, and her dog love the outdoors and try to get out as much as possible to hike, bike, dirt bike, camp and enjoy all the other fun activities afforded by living in our beautiful valley.
	Rich Myers Grounds & Facilities Manager Manages all irrigation and maintenance activities in RVR. Rich Myers has been in the valley since 1968. He holds several construction and maintenance related certifications. He has served in numerous capacities at River valley Ranch including construction, irrigation, grounds and facilities maintenance for the past 15 years. Rich and his Wife Tanya, who have two grown children, reside in Crawford. Rich enjoys hunting, fishing, and re-building vintage automobiles.
