At 13,000 square foot, the Ranch House is the recreational facility and activity hub at River Valley Ranch. You can pick up your mail, visit with your neighbors, and read the newspaper while taking in the view of Mount Sopris in the Great Room.

The weight and group exercise rooms offer ample space for a variety of available fitness programs. Then relax in the steam room and shower after an exhilarating workout. Refresh your palate at the juice bar with our variety of food and beverages, including gourmet coffees. Or schedule a small group meeting in the conference room, with use of the large conference table and wireless data connection.

Five Har-Tru clay tennis courts, a heated recreation pool, children's pool, hot tubs and a heated lap pool span the outdoor activity area. The recreation pool's water slide provides summer time fun for all ages. Complete wtih computerized fountains, the wading pool entertains the younger set while the lap pool is geared for avid swimmers.

• Monday- Friday: 6 a.m.- 8 p.m.
• Saturday, Sunday: 9 a.m.- 6 p.m.

Usage of the Ranch House

The Ranch House is for use by members and their guests. Membership eligibility is determined by the Declarations. At various times throughout the year, memberships or class passes may be offered to the general public. Check with staff at the Ranch House for a listing for such services. Members may transfer the rights of a lot to someone leasing the home or to eligible parties. In all cases, each lot owner receives one transfer of rights free, afterwards there is an administrative fee for each transfer. A Transfer of Ranch Membership form must be completed to make such a transfer possible. Additionally, a Transferred Ranch Membership form must be completed. Transferring the rights also requires the following:

• Rentals - A copy of the lease and a completed membership form
• Empty Lots - A letter from the lot owner detailing which family members have the rights to the lot. See the declarations to for qualifying family members. Also must turn in a completed membership form.
• Corporate Ownerships -  A letter from the principle parties of the corporation detailing which members have the rights to the lot. See the declarations to for qualifying family members. Also must turn in a completed membership form.

Snack Bars

The coffee bar serves a variety of food and beverages which can be charged to your account. We also accept Visa and Mastercard. Checks accepted with approval of managment. Note: Cash is not accepted. Credit card receipt or charge slip must be signed for every purchase and charges are posted immediately. During the summer season, the coffee bar offers expanded concessions. In the fall, winter and spring the Ranch House has limited offerings available for purchase.
