Current Positions


Community Services Manager

This role includes a wide array of functions which include:

  • Assisting the Board of Directors with decision making based on a solid working knowledge of the HOA's Governing Documents and Bylaws
  • Enacting code enforcement when violations are noted
  • Administrating Design Guideline compliance for new and remodeled homes and landscapes
  • Facilitating Board meetings to include monthly packet preparation and recording of minutes
  • Contributing to Board meetings with a monthly activity report
  • Participation in all aspects of the Hospitality service
  • Participation in all aspects of social programming and fitness program scheduling
  • Participation in processing memberships and guest facility access programs
  • Basic knowledge of asset management
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Facile with standard Microsoft Office programs to include Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of financial reports and the budgeting process
  • Experience with contracting would be a plus



Grounds and Facility Manager

This role includes a wide array of functions which include:

  • Assisting the Board of Directors with decision making based on a solid working knowledge of the property's plat maps and irrigation system
  • Enacting code enforcement when violations are noted
  • Contributing to new property development plans in accordance with Design Guidelines for new and remodeled homes and landscapes
  • Contributing to Board meetings with a monthly activity report
  • Oversee all contracted services
  • Experience in the RFP and contracting process
  • Solid working knowledge of custom irrigation systems from the pumps to the irrigation heads
  • Solid working knowledge of HVACs and other standard facility mechanical systems.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Facile with standard Microsoft Office programs to include Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of financial reports and the budgeting process
  • Experience with large motor mechanics would be a plus
