RVR - Team

The River Valley Ranch Master Association (RVRMA) employs a full-time onsite management team, and a full-time and seasonal hospitality and maintenance services staff. Maintenance and Hospitality services are provided year-round at the Ranch House and throughout the Community.

This group of individuals truly functions as a TEAM. They work collaboratively to deliver very high standards of performance in management, hospitality, and maintenance of RVR. They love what they do, and it shows!

The RVRMA strives to be a preferred employer in the Roaring Fork Valley, attracting only the very best and brightest for full time, part time and seasonal positions.





Sterling Page, General Manager - Sterling comes to us from the Construction Management field with a degree in Economics. He has directed all phases of property maintenance and project management including the planning, coordination and direction of those associated activities. Sterling has worked and completed projects for an HOA board as well as various property management companies. Sterling has worked for single, multi-family residential, commercial and resort properties including the oversight of up to 20 staff in various situations with annual budgets of over $3million. He has proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills as well as excellent computer, budget management and operational expertise.

Kendra Ford, Community Services Manager - We are happy to announce the RVR Executive Board has officially hired Kendra Ford as the Community Services Manager. Kendra will oversee Ranch House facility operations and absorb all Governance and Design Review activities for RVR. Kendra’s background in personnel, operational and budget management, as well as database systems and company communications, contribute to her qualifications to succeed in the Community Services Manager role. Enhanced by her Real Estate and building & planning experience, along with writing of legal drafts, Kendra comes well-fortified to be an excellent asset and resource for the RVR community.

Pamela Britton, DRC and Governance Administrator - Pam, a twelve-year resident of RVR, serves as the DRC and Governance Administrator. She holds a MA degree in Organizational Development. As a consultant for 32 years, Pam has worked with organizations throughout the United States and eleven foreign countries on improving organizational performance including strategic planning, leadership and succession planning, process re-engineering, staff development, and facilitated community-based decision making. Locally, Pam has consulted with Garfield, Eagle, Pitkin, and Summit Counties; the cities of Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, Eagle, Glenwood Springs, and Vail; Aspen Valley, Valley View and Vail Valley Hospitals; Eagle County Transit, Roaring Fork Transit Authority (RFTA); Colorado Mountain College; and the State of Colorado Legislature. Pam administrates the Design Review and Governance activities at RVR, and other special projects as assigned. In her off-duty time, Pam enjoys tennis, trail running, snowshoeing, and playing the piano.

Brenda Boas, Finance Department Accountant - A 'local girl' who was born at Valley View Hospital and graduated from Roaring Fork High, Brenda received her BS degree from Colorado Mountain College in Business Administration. A familiar face at the Ranch House, Brenda has more tenure on the RVR staff than just about anyone! We love her smiling face and helpful attitude...and we know you do, too.

Cheyene Booher, Special Events, Fitness Programming and Member Services Coordinator - Cheyene grew up in Carbondale Colorado, where her passion for the arts started at the age of 3 when she began taking ballet classes, and her mom introduced her to self-expression through painting and crafts. As an art major in college, Cheyene quickly found herself questioning where this degree would take her. After much patience and thought, and a brilliant idea from her mother, Cheyene discovered her love for the events and weddings industry. In 2015, she graduated from Johnson & Wales University earning a bachelor’s degree in Event Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Following college, she worked as an Assistant Event Design Coordinator in Aspen, and began working at the Ranch House in March of 2017.In her free time, you can find Cheyene working out, dancing in her kitchen, dreaming up unique event and lifestyling designs, or enjoying a Harry Potter movie with her hubby, Kyler.

Jessica Hennessy, Hospitality Supervisor - With a background in marketing, hospitality and front office management, Jessica has perfected a wide range of skills in her career. As a mother of two little ones, she wanted a position that would maximize her time with her family, but still capitalize on her skills and love for interacting with others. She has worked for River Valley Ranch Master Association since 2014. The RVR Community holds a special place in her heart and enjoys working with an inspiring team that strives for continuous improvement.

Front Desk Team -The Front Desk and Hospitality team currently consists of six warm and talented staff members. Heather Siomiak, Cheyene Booher, Diana Flores, Becky Denning and Anna Zekendorf provide all Front Desk and Hospitality Services at the Ranch House. The Front Desk Team is supervised by Hospitality Supervisor, Jessica Hennessy.

This wonderful bunch opens, operates and closes the Ranch House each day. Their duties include reception, guest services, administrative assistance, food and beverage services and communications. Most importantly, they are here each and every day to greet all with a smiling face and meet or exceed the expectations of all RVR Members and their Guests. Housekeeping Team - The Housekeeping Team is made up of Ana Carillo and Cyntia Munoz. These hard-working ladies are at the Ranch House 7 days a week to ensure that our showcase facility sparkles every time, all the time. From the Great Room to the Locker Rooms, these ladies make sure the Ranch House is a warm, welcoming, clean and comfortable place to be. The Housekeeping Team is supervised by Lani Kitching.




 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Irrigation and Maintenance Team -Carlos Hernandez, Juan Carlos Carrillo, Jamie Rubio, Magdiel Vega and Guillermo Silvas  make up the year-round full-time maintenance team. These skilled employees have 40 years combined experience working for the RVRMA. Juan Carlos, a Certified Pool Operator, is in charge of keeping the pools clean and safe as well as supervising all tennis court improvement and maintenance operations. Magdiel is the man-on-the-ground for seasonal irrigation services. Magdiel is also a welder and heavy equipment operator. Jaime is a versatile member of the team. He may be found servicing parks and open space facilities, right of way signs, doggie stations and whatever else comes his way!
