 Management Team

The River Valley Ranch Master Association (RVRMA) employs a full-time onsite management team, and a full-time and seasonal hospitality and maintenance services staff. Maintenance and Hospitality services are provided year-round at the Ranch House and throughout the Community.

This group of individuals truly functions as a TEAM. They work collaboratively to deliver very high standards of performance in management, hospitality, and maintenance of RVR. They love what they do, and it shows!

The RVRMA strives to be a preferred employer in the Roaring Fork Valley, attracting only the very best and brightest for full time, part time and seasonal positions.

Suzie Matthews, RVRMA Director of Administration and Finance- The Director of Administration and Finance is responsible for all accounting functions required by the organization including accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial tracking, required reporting and reserve funds.  Last but not least, Suzie serves as the de facto Fitness Director, bringing to our members  well-attended and robust fitness programming throughout the year. Suzie Pouliot Matthews received a BS degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Lake Superior State College. She has worked in the Accounting and Management fields since graduating. A Michigan native, Suzie moved to Colorado in 1995. Before joining the RVR team, Suzie served as the General Manager for Iron Rose Ranch, LLC for 15 years. Suzie has been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and is currently working on her American Council on Exercise Certification. Suzie owns a home in RVR and really loves being a member here. She enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, backpacking, horseback riding and has a great love for the outdoors and animals.

Pamela Britton, DRC and Governance Administrator - Pam, a twelve-year resident of RVR, serves as the DRC and Governance Administrator. She holds a MA degree in Organizational Development. As a consultant for 32 years, Pam has worked with organizations throughout the United States and eleven foreign countries on improving organizational performance including strategic planning, leadership and succession planning, process re-engineering, staff development, and facilitated community-based decision making. Locally, Pam has consulted with Garfield, Eagle, Pitkin, and Summit Counties; the cities of Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, Eagle, Glenwood Springs, and Vail; Aspen Valley, Valley View and Vail Valley Hospitals; Eagle County Transit, Roaring Fork Transit Authority (RFTA); Colorado Mountain College; and the State of Colorado Legislature. Pam administrates the Design Review and Governance activities at RVR, and other special projects as assigned. In her off-duty time, Pam enjoys tennis, trail running, snowshoeing, and playing the piano.

Brenda Boas, Member Services Director - The Member Services Director oversees all aspects of delivering the member experience at the Ranch House. She also handles the welcoming of new residents to RVR and management of the member database. A 'local girl' who was born at Valley View Hospital and graduated from Roaring Fork High, Brenda received her BS degree from Colorado Mountain College in Business Administration. A familiar face at the Ranch House, Brenda has more tenure on the RVR staff than just about anyone! We love her smiling face and helpful attitude...and we know you do, too.
